Mr. A.White has been employed as teacher of the Carbury National School (under my management) since September 1903, and has given every satisfaction in that capacity.
He has effected a marked improvement in the proficiency of the children in all branchesof the School programme especially in handwriting. Discipline and order have been thoroughly well maintained by Mr. White who, without resorting to severity, has the gift of imparting knowledge and of influencing the children for good.
I can confidently recommend him as a most-conscientious and efficient teacher who takes an active interest in his work, and who is endowed with abilities far above the average.
His moral character is most exemplary.
